N.21/2014 AND D.LGS. 70/2003, HAS THE RIGHT TO BE INFORMED ON THE PRODUCTS, MORE SPECIFICALLY REGARDING THE PRODUCT AND IMAGE DESCRIPTION, THE OVERALL PRODUCT PRICE (THAT ALWAYS INCLUDES VAT), FROM WHERE THE PARCEL IS BEING SHIPPED AND ITS SHIPPING COSTS, AND TERMS OF DELIVERY.

ONCE THE CLIENT HAS PLACED THE ORDER, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT OUT, WITH SCILÉ MILANO ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCT PRICE, INVOICE AND DELIVERY ADDRESS, AND LATER ON SHIPPING INFO.

ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED BY THE CLIENT, THE SELLER IS ENTITLED TO CANCEL THE ORDER IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

- THE INVOICE ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE WRONG OR INCOMPLETE

- THE ORDER IS WRONG OR INCOMPLETE

- THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE

- THE PAYMENT IS INCOMPLETE AND WAS NEVER RECEIVED

WHILE WE HOPE THAT YOU ARE DELIGHTED WITH YOUR ORDER, IF YOU ARE NOT PERFECTLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR GOODS WE WILL HAPPILY OFFER YOU FULL REFUND. IN ORDER TO BE REFUND THE ITEM(S) MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER SENDING THE TRACKING NUMBER AT INFO@SCILEMILANO.COM .
